Yet another great party with the Ruislip Eagles, my club in London. This time it was more than sixty old and new players celebrating the end of the year in a nice pub in West London. We really had a lot of fun!
On my way back from Mexico I had a 24 hours stop over in Toronto and took the opportunity to have a good look around the CBD and the Toronto Island where views of the city are pretty good.
I went to a lot of different weddings during my travels (Ivorian weddings, Korean weddings, Norwegian weddings…) but this was my first time attending a Mexican wedding and I was happily surprised. I had an awesome time with my Mexican friends!
Almost one year after my first trip to Mexico I went back there for my friends’ wedding and managed to visit a few more places: Puebla, Veracruz, Xalapa… It was amazing!
Transnistria is a de facto independent country between Moldova and Ukraine. I was there for two days and was amazed by this crazy country. It really felt like being in an old movie taking place in ex-USSR.
After playing the first round of the European Challenge Cup in Chişinău, I took the opportunity to visit a little bit of Moldova and to travel around the country with a rental car. A great memory!
Finishing second of the 2011-2012 season, my team in London was qualified for the European Challenge Cup and we had the great surprise to play the first round of that competition in Moldova against teams from Cyprus, Lithuania and Moldova of course.
