Just arrived in Brazil a week ago and it’s already the carnaval. Probably one of the craziest festival around the world and a great way to get started in my new country. The photos aren’t that great but I’ll take some more next year.
When I moved to Rio de Janeiro at the beginning of 2014 I had already been to Sao Paulo and Manaus regions but it was my very first time in the “Cidade Maravilhosa” and frankly this city really deserve that title. It’s a really a beautiful city!
On my way to Brazil I had a quick stop over in Madrid and got the opportunity to discover this nice city. I had already been to Spain a few times but never to Madrid and I was hapily surprise by the city.
Once again I managed to arrange my schedule to be at the Men European Championship and once again it’s been an amazing time with a crazy final won against the home team in an arena packed with 14000 Danish spectators. What a championship!
Being in Serbia for the Women Handball World Whampionship I had the opportunity to go to the Euroligue game between the Partizan Belgrade and the CSK Moscou. The atmosphere was crazy! The supporters and singing were amazing!
The 2013 Women World Championship was held in Serbia in December 2013. A good opportunity to go back to that country and to catch up with the French team.
In order to start learning Portugese and to prepare my move to Rio I did spend a couple of days in Lisbon, enjoying this great city and meeting a lot of very nice people!
